1. Jess used a 3d Programm like Blender to make these new hair variations. (Edit: He imported the modells from the game Fallout - Read HowTo )

2. Then he exported the modell with the TheMovies import and export scripts for Blender 2.43 to get a .msh file.

3. He put the new hair-mesh with the Costume Editor or MED into the game.

still dont understand how 3d Converter to msh

To use the TheMovies import and export scripts for Blender 2.43 you have to copy and paste the script-files into the folder"..\Blender Foundation\Blender\.blender\scripts" Then you see this (atteched picture) and can import and export TheMovies.msh-files

Making new hair meshes is not very easy if you're just beginning to mod The Movies. You must first learn how to use Blender, how to import/export your new stuff and know about The Movies datas structure or name conventions.

Check on dc modding. There is already a topic about ideas to put some new hairs in the game.
