reshoot stopped working

hello everyone i hope you guys can help me i have used the reshoot program (a long time ago) to extract the files for the movies game yesterday i installed the game again but the reshoot program doesnt start.

i used the command line but the following message appears:

Last line is in portuguese and means the system didn't locate the specific file

the game and reshoot are both installed in the proper folders

if any of you guys could help i would aprecciate it

Hello Alex,

how did you tried to start the programm? Did you use the link which you can find under "start/programms" oder did you try to start the programm with the exe file you found at the place where you installed the programm? The second oppertunity doesn't work. If you used the first one I can only guess that your current PC system is incompatible with that programm.

Hi Tonda used to start reshoot with the command line (start\run\cmd and tipe the command rehoot thats when that error appears. i tried to open like you said with no luck its probably my pc. I'm going to try in older PC.

That should help. You tried to run it under Win 7 don't you?

yes I'm using win 7 in this PC I will try in my old PC with XP it might work

OK AFTER A WEEK OF INTENSE BATTLING I SOLVED THIS PROBLEM (AND NOW I'M FEELING DUMB) I'M GONNA LEAVE THE SOLUTION FOR ANYONE WHO MIGHT HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE.

I TRIED TO RUN RESHOOT (ON WIN7) FROM COMMAND LINE AND FROM START MENU(LIKE TONDA SAID) BUT I KEPT GETTING THE SAME ERROR OVER AND OVER AGAIN (ERROR SCREEN BELOW)

IF YOU ARE HAVING THIS PROBLEM GO TO START MENU FIND RESHOOT EXE FILE RIGHT CLICK ON IT AND SELECT RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR AND NOW RESHOOT IS WORKING (YOU CAN SEE WHY I'M FEELING DUMB) I'M A NOOB ON WIN 7 AND STILL GETTING USED TO THE ADMINISTRATOR PERMISSIONS AND ALL THAT CRAP THAT CAME WITH WIN7.

i WANT TO LEAVE A THANK YOU NOTE TO FRAAS AND TONDA FOR THE ATENTION AND YES LIKE TONDA SAID IT WORKED FINE ON WIN XP BUT I JUST BOUGHT THIS LAPTOP AND DIDNT WANT TO GO BACK TO MY OLD PC.
