This file makes it so Staff (Janitors and Builders), Crew Members, Scriptwriters, and Researchers start with the max amount of experience when your hire them.
Stars and Directors gain experience while they work on a movie. Ex. A star is filming a Horror movie. After they finish the first scene, they instantly gain the max experience in Horror.

Just send it to c:/program files/lionhead studios ltd/the movies. Boot Up the game and it should be there.
