issues with installing the Hair pack

I followed the Read me directions and I get stuck at saving the .cos... What do I name the .cos? it shows as new.cos then when i look for it in game nothing shows up. I set it up under scrolling Hats. Nothing new is there... What am I doing wrong?

You don't have to rename the cos-file. You just edit an existing costume and save it with the old name. Then there will be a new option to choose a (second) hat.
