First I'm so glad there is still people who play this game. I get a line of people for Actors/Directors, Crew, and Janitors/Builders when I first start a new game/save. But when I hire them, I end up needing more because the lot is bigger and there's more buildings/sets. If I try to change the amount for more Actors, Crew and Janitors but I don't have anyone in the front of the building to hire. My question is, when I increase the amount of Actors, Crew and Janitors, do I have to start a new game? Or is there anything I can do get new hires to show up in my game?

Okay, you startet the game without the employee mod and installed it later?
Well that's no problem. Just tear down the building where you need more employees and rebuild it after that. Then new unemployed will appear. Well you can't tear down the janitor and worker building but you can build for example a scriptwriter office, fetch the unemployed and let them work as extras, janitors, construction workers a.s.o. After that you can tear down the building, when you don't need it anymore.

Thank you for the response. I started a new game with the Employee Mod, I have people in line to hire them. After I hire them and play the game for awhile I need more hires to show up. I save the game, change the amount from 15 to 25, save the file then go back to the game. But no one show up. I can try that, destroy the building then re-build it and see if that works. Thanks again!

Maybe you should try to start a new game just to see if now more employees are standing in front of the buildings than at the beginning of your first studio opening. You don't need to erase your current game. But to be honest, I never needed more people than the ones which are standing there, so I never tried out what happens, when I change the values.
When you start a game in 2000 you don't need scientists, so you can use every unemployed scientist as janitor or worker. If you've got your own script writer office, you don't need scriptwriters because you write the scripts on your own. Okay if you've got 36 star maker stars you can't give everyone 6 assistants. But I only place buildings on the additional area in the "Sandpit-mode" because the workers need hours to cross the sand. It's not really made for the "Career-mode".
