Can PropShop CPAK files be opened?

I just downloaded the old TMO PropShop collections from a fan site...which would be great if I had some way to open those frustrating CPAK files. Pak Poker doesn't recognize that format as valid; is there another program that does?

cpaks only work in game, they was a special stuff released back when the movies game server was still running long ago, they have to be in a special folder for them to work and i wish i know what folder it was.

dont think anyone every made a program to open them.
