Ok I installed The movies, made a nice long movie and the lip sync works fine in the post production until I export the movie. This is beginning to really irritate me. I downloaded all the current drivers for my video card. As its a 5 year old game I would assume my my computer specs are more than adequate. My video card is a Nvidia GeForce 9100. My ram is 8gb. My processor far exceeds what they rccomend. Yet when I export my videos the lip syn works about 10% and thats being generous. What is the deal? I have searched endlessly for a solution but google and everywhere else I looked has been futile. I have seen other people with the same issues. After watching a few movies posted on here I notice the lip sync on them were close to perfect. Please help me I want to utilize this games max potential. Here is my video I made.

Yes, that's a well known problem - the longer the movie is the the more the sound gets asynchron (especially when you use fx like fire aso). The best option to solve this problem is to export your movie in little parts and edit it with an extern editing program. (btw.: when you work with an extern editing program like adobe premiere, sony vegas, magix movie maker aso., you also can move the sound to the right position).
As you already wrote - this program is a 5 years old game and Lionhead didn't do anything to fix the bugs. So you have to use some tricks to make perfect movies with it.

Windows 7. Sometimes its synchs really well. Other times its wayy off. I have got it working to a tolerable degree. If they could make a game like this that worked 100% just imagine the possibilities.

I also had this problem with winXp. As I already wrote this error gets more worse the longer your movie is. Shooting shorter sequences and using external editing programs is the best solution for it and will raise your possibilities to create interesting movies a lot.
