Help with Publicity Office

I want to know if there is a file where you can edit the amount of time a movie is spent in the PR office? Any help would be great... thanks!

Well, I don't know any files for cheating, but you can put your scripts in the PR office before you shoot the movie. When there's no more PR possible then shoot the movie. After shooting you only need one more time to put in in the PR building and then you can publish it. While making PR you can shoot other movies.
