well..I was def. not expecting to run into that problem after the bones:ohmy:
Any suggestions for the proper way to reshape it? I tried to lower the scale in blender but..when I tried to export it..I got a python script error

Here is a little trick to get a clean and exportable TheMovies 3d model:
- Open/import your 3d model into Blender
- Import an other costume-mesh (i.e. from our downloads ) into Blender
- Rescale your model to fit the original sized TheMovies model
- delete the imported model, that only your model is still in Blender
- export your model as a 3DS-file
- close Blender
- open Blender
- import the 3DS-File into Blender
- texture your model
- export it as a TheMovies-Mesh
- edit your mesh with the meshmanip to fit the bones like in this tutorial
- that should give you a clean and working new costume for TheMovies

Well, I gave it another shot and nothing.
The attachment is what the file looks like in Blender after following your instructions. I have already requested enough I think and I am thankful for all your help. At this point tho, no idea what else to do. still same crash issue.

I am guessing you are right. I did the bones in a computer that had windows XP since that one can run the program. Anyways, as a last try..do you think I could send you what I have and you could run it in your comp? ill send you the model and the textures.
