Areadon created the topic: Fonts and Logos
Hello there,
I am new here and wanted to start up with 2 questions.
1. I want to add some fonts to the game, so I can use them in the postproduction building. I found some fonts in the fonts folder which is located in the data folder. Those fonts are in the .fnt format. But the fonts I want to use are in the .otf and ttf format. Do do guys know a converter from .ttf/.otf to .fnt? Or a way how I could use my fonts within TM without to convert them?
2. Secondly I tried to find out where to put my own Studio logos, so I could choose them at the beginning of a game (the once you would find on the Flaggs). But I couldn't find out where to put them and in which format they should be. Tried to put my logos (in .png/.bmp/.gif/.tga and .jpg) into the logo folder I found in my document/the movies folder, but they didn't appear ingame. Maybe you guys could help me out with this as well?
I appreciate each help I could get. Thanks in advance

Agreed! I'd like to have title sequences that fit my homemade movies more closely, and studio logos/flags that look professional instead of cartoonish. Is there a way to import our own choices?

Well I don't know how to convert fonts, but I know how to change logos.
First you have to extract the folder "textures" with the program "reshoot ( www.themovies3d.com/en/downloads/downloa...0-the-movies-reshoot )" or "pak poker ( www.themovies3d.com/en/downloads/downloa...the-movies-pak-poker )".
Then you'll find a folder with the path data/textures/ui/logos. Open the folder logos and you'll find 56 different dds-files with the already excisting logos. Put all the logos at the right place in your game data folder. Now you can edit one of these logos with your own design or you can create a new one by using the next free number (logo_v56) then you are able to use your own flags in the game. To edit the logo you'll need a program which is able to read and create dds-pictures. e.g. "paint.net".
We do have some edited logos in our download store ( www.themovies3d.com/en/downloads/downloa...114-logos-for-studio ). You can also edit one of these.
