Tried getting the sets that requires VCs

I don't know how many VCs the Set that looks like Indiana Jones is, but i am guessing it's more that what I have. lol. So I have a question? Are these still under VCs since the Movies is no longer an active game? And if they are still going to be under VCs how do we earn VCs when the web site isn't very active in regards to The Movies anymore? I don't play any other games Mods.
