I´ve seen that you tried to export your model with the Blender plug-in "The Movies (.msh) 2009" and i can say that this plug-in did´nt work right. Try to export your model with the other plug-in called "The Movies (.msh)". This plug-in worked fine. Try that, and you will see that you have no problems.

Hmm, this seems to be a bigger problem. Unfortunately, I can't do anything with the contents of the console. However, I may have a solution proposal.
You need the Blender version 2.43. In addition to my knowledge must be installed Python in version 2.4. Have you these two programs installed in these versions? If not then please do it. Is Python installed in a higer version, then deinstall this version. Hope that helps. If not write back and pls post next time the complete contents from the console and tell me which versions of the programs are installed.

blender 2.43 w/ python. any time in console send different errors.
Compiled with Python version 2.4.

This is weird. Python must be installed on each case. As I said, you need the version 2.4, all other versions will not work.
There must be no older version available. Otherwise, something seems to be wrong with the plug-ins.
Downloadlink for Python 2.4:
http://www.themovies3d.com/en/downloads/viewdownload/36-tools-a-utilities/938-python.html
The "iconv Error" is weird to. Don´t heard anything about that before. If this donk work too, i´m not sure that i can help you.
WfG,
MikroMX563
Edit: Before I forget. You could possibly also upload the model so I could see if it's not the model itself.

Okay, now i have the answer!
Think this model contains stuff which is makes the problem. I tried to do some things, and now it worked fine. Do the same like i´ve done:
1. Open the model in Blender
2. Export the model as a "Wavefront (.obj)"
3. Now import the model as a "Wavefront (.obj)"
4. Export your model then with "The Movies (.msh)" not "The Movies 2009(.msh)"
This way should solve the problem. Hope this helps finally.

You can add the bones with the tool "MeshManip 2009".
DL: http://themovies3d.com/de/downloads/viewdownload/36-tools-a-utilities/859-meshmanip-2009-v3.html
First you have to load your exported .msh-file in it, then click on the "Edit" and "Modify". You get a list now. Check followed options: has bones, has rooms, has tranform, has submesh and has names2. Click then update. You will get a error, but you can click on next. Save the file and reload it. You will see that in the left window adds "Bones(0)". Load a original costume from TM and click on the bones from it. It must have "Bones(30)". Copy that and paste it on your model. Next step is to conect the bones with the vertices from the model. Open the tree "Groups(1)" until the last entry. Now modify "Mesh 0" and check "has weights", choose "Match Weight to closest...." and type in the field "max distance to match" 1.0. Now update again, save your file and you will see, it works.
I´ve made for some years a tutorial, but it is in german. I think it should help regardless.

Ohh, an additon to the video: DONT ADD "Limit Vertex Assignment....", or it will not work.
Good luck^^
