Hello all reading this.
Now I'm creating The Movies utility named CrewMan (The Movies Crew Manager) that will be something like a patch for the game but without any filechanges, just with registry. Now there is just Screen Resolution Change option. If you have any ideas to realize in CrewMan you can post them here.

That looks great so far. 
You could add some ideas from other registry mods (more employees, lot, experience, relationships,...) ->
