based on the destruction of ideals..."
with
"Ein Zustand der Unsicherheit und Anarchie,
basierend auf der Zerstörung (Zerstoerung) der Ideale..."

But the problem is that the word "state" ("etat") in English and in French are used for German words with different meanings. One meaning is e.g.: "The Government rules the state." The other meaning for state is to describe how things are e.g.: "the state of the art". I used the second meaning. Is that right?

Yes, the second meaning is best.

So, now I sent you the complete translation and I hope the transmission was succesful.
I don't know if your textprograms are able to show the German letters ä, ö, ü and ß.
Otherwise just replace ä with "ae", ö with "oe", ü with "ue" and ß with "ss", but I wrote this alternative ways to write the words in brackets behind the origin German words.
So I hope, the Germans without English or French knowledges will soon be able to enjoy this movie!

-Tonda: The specials German letters are good, dailymotion show them.
But, dailymotion don't show the quotation marks (that “Mabuse”) i transformed them (by that "Mabuse").
It's not a big problem.

The first page is edited with a German title of my movie.

Yes I've watched it now with German subs. That's much better for Germans. Now I was even able to understand a few French words, because my brain was just busy with listening and reading and not anymore with translating. The sqares which appears at a few places don't disturb.
I wondered that you wrote Thea von Harbou without the "H". Well I know that French people don't speak an "h". But that they don't write it was new for me.

I have an error, Harbou write with a "H" in French too.
